So our culprit lit the flames himself.
I find it more surprising that She/He didn't just kill them out right. He had plenty of time to do so, it would seem.

With some further correlation with previous entries and evidence analysis.
Our culprit was in a rush just moments after this image was salvaged.
Checking with time of the image, and the time in which myself and Agent Winters where en route to officer Nick and Officer Judy Location, suggests he knew that we were coming.
I assume Our Culprit had to adjust his plan to kill Nick and Judy while still trying to destroying the evidence of his escape.
To explain it in further detail, Our culprit was pressed for time.
He didn't have time to torture them without be caught.
And our Culprit didn't have time to destroy the evidence without leaving Nick and Judy alive.
So out Culprit needed to kill two birds with one stone.
Destroy the cameras with the fire and burn Nick and Judy Alive in the process.

-Personal Notes-
I hard to believe what happened over such a small amount of time.
We were fortunate our culprit underestimated what lengths those two would to, to protect this city.
Those two have some of the strongest bonds I've only seen a few times.

-Artist notes-
This calls for a celebratory Hurray.

I'm Glad this one didnt take me 2 months to complete and upload.
Just only one month and a bit. So im kinda getting back to my once a month upload schedule.
Sadly it's going to be cut short because im going to be working on a project. I don't know if i can say what it is but better to be safe then sorry.
since this project has a deadline i'll be working on that until its finished then i'll continue my work on my disarmed series.
I'll complete this project, then i'll be back to making the next image in Dismared.
