I'm fairly certain Peridot would win, while she's somewhat naive to the human world, Zim is a total idiot on both Earth and his home planet. That and Peridot's weapons and robots don't break as often as Zim's.

Honestly, I feel like it would end in a tie. While Peridot is clearly the smarter of the two, both are incredibly stubborn and too prideful in their own abilities to admit defeat. So chances are they'll just blow each other up.
