Wonderful job on this. Vector art always is a challenge since you're really working with only two dimensions, but this is perfect.
I love the amount of white space at the top. It allows the viewer to slowly make their way down the design to get the whole picture. The stars are a nice touch, and the multiple colors break up the monotony, even with a very simple color scheme. The best part of this is Jimi's face though, where the real skill is shown. The details are wonderful and the small bit of color at the end of his smoke is perfect.
All around great design. I might have made the text larger and put it on two lines, but otherwise I'd say this is fine just the way it is.

The B&W Hendrix face is tight, the J n stars could be retouched. But that face, the way you did it's so close to being reworked as a stencil... then all you gotta do is cut it out, plus some different star stencils... fuck around with it on a wall, take a photo of it, and then you got some real quality.
