Argh! It's finally done!Make sure you have downloaded, installed, and activated the following plugins from Aston's site: AstAmp, Aston Clock, Top Panel, and (optionally) Zcommand.
Includes a simple AltDesk skin to match the top bar.
NOTICE: The screenshot contains a RAINLENDAR skin and a RAINMETER skin. Rainlendar skin: [link]

If you can't find RAINMETER or RAINLENDAR through a google search, then I can't be of much assistance if you write.
Works for the following resolutions:

Tyron2287- This skin is for an application called "AstonShell", not StyleXP. To use this theme you can download a 30-day trial of Aston from [link]
Once you have that installed, then you need to unzip this theme archive to Aston's "Theme's" folder. Then you can select it from the theme manager.

Thanks, trickfilmjunkie! Happy to know that my work could help someone find a great shell! Grew up on H.R. Giger, so it's a real compliment that you liken my style to his fabulous work.
Currently there is no aMonitor plugin. Everytime I use the plugin, my computer catastrophically crashes, and I have to rebuild files. Only does this to my Toshiba laptop, the HP desktop manages it fine. For this reason I've opted to skin SysMetrix and RainMeter in the DominantNegative style, and the links can be found in the theme description.
This is also the style of my soon-to-be-open website, SkinYourScreen.com ([link] ). Have a peak! It's not entirely ready yet, but any suggestions are welcome!

I took your Sysmetrix skin, played a little bit with the settings of the PlugIn and it works for aMonitor too. I'm pretty sure not perfect for your quality level, but enough for me.
Funny now the faces and eyes of my visitors, when the Desktop shows up

I am in awe. This is amazing. I have recently gotten into computer graphics and design and find things like this to be amazing. How..may I ask, did you do this? Hehehe..I work with a very outdated photoshop one and it becomes hard to try and find tutorials for anything that old. This is incredible work. The amber colour with the technical dirty look really gives it an atmospere of human destitute. Almost a glimpse of what may come to humanity and thier dependence on technology. Almost seems tranquil if not sad. *smiles* Great work!

All graphics were composed entirely in Photoshop 6.0 using marquee selection tools, solid color fills, vector shapes, and liberal layer-styles. No filters were employed in this theme.

I think you need a challenge. I think you should make a simple theme. Something really clean. Not as simple as PCM's Blanc, but pretty blank. I prefer to have a clean desktop and general theme, and I love your stuff!

Thanks, drumbo! That's an exquisite challenge that's actually been on my mind for a few months now: designing a very simple theme. I've never really done well with minimalism, although Furtive and Gamete for AstonShell were attempts.
Truth be told, I'm going to be cutting back on theming significantly in order to increase my research hours, family time, and also sink some time into cutting my first CD (Solo guitar work). Rest assured, however, that my next Aston theme will attempt to live up to your challenge

Really beautiful theme - it reminds me old EyeBall designs. I like all those wires and bubles with stripes. Also that small pixel font reall suit to this theme.
Mayby is the text in "to do list" in Rainlendar too shifted (it covers the border), but its still good enough.

The RainMeter skin in the screenshot does have a few of the text-items shifted to the left, but that's in an experimental version I had on the desktop at the time of the screenshot. The proper one is available at the provided link. I'll investigate the Rainlendar skin and see if I can post another update soon. Thanks for the info!

Although I have made WindowBlinds skins before, I've never attempted VisualStyles. It may be fun to try, however: my relation to StarDock and Brad Wardell (CEO) has become... tenuous.

Download an install AstonShell as directed from [link] then download the Aston Amp, Top Panel, ZCommand, and Aston Clock plugins from their "Plugins" section. Optionally, you can download RainMeter and Rainlendar from [link] as well.
Then download this theme zip, and upzip its contents into your Aston's Theme folder (mine's something like "C:\Aston\Themes\"). From within Aston, use the theme-switcher program to select DominantNegative for your screen resolution from the provided list, select which theme options you want loaded, and welcome to Dominant Negative.
