The European Nadder is one of the many subspecies of Deadly Nadder that live all over the world. The defining characteristics of this wyvern is their horned head, that ressembles the head of a ceratopsian, and it's long stiffened tail which is covered with spikes, which the last 3 rows can be fired off if the tail is swung around, injecting venom int whatever it embedds itself into. Their large curved nasal horn blocks their binocular vision, so it relies more on it's sense of smell and hearing rather than it's eyes. Their eggs are laid in nests about a metre across, and hatch after about 3 weeks. During this time, both parents will look after the nest and take it in turns to incubate them. They seem to be rather common throughout the whole of Europe, but are particularly common in and around the Barbaric Archipelago.
