First concept for a Troll for the Very Angry Princess universe. I'm considering making trolls the Jasprean equivalent of bears - large generalised and potentially dangerous omnivores. Wanted to try and get a mixture of boar, sloth and bear for this one. One thing I'm questioning is whether I should do anything with the idea of trolls turning to stone in sunlight, it would greatly reduce the animal's active hours and provide some sense of safety surrounding them, but even if i dont keep it I would like to make some sort of reference to that element of the original troll mythology.
