A WW1 era German hitman going by the banknotes in the left side of the screen - I've got some of the real ones in my collection from 1914, probably it's his pay, 100 Reichmark banknotes were redeemable in gold = Five 20 Gold Reichmarks, around 400 Reichmarks was a sort've middle class wage for a year, so this guy is VERY well paid for one friggin job.

Probably but it would make it a bit hard to use, you would have to remove the silencer before holstering the weapon after you eliminated your target.
