I've been modelling again, you may be able to tell.

In preparation for something STC, I wanted to model a little automobile. That went a little out of hand, as I began modelling parts not visible too and this is the ultimate result. A direct inspiration is easy to see in the early-80s like design. It's a DeLorean Motor Company DMC-12, the failed dream of John DeLorean that became a cult classic after the release of a high-profile film after its discontinuation, down to details like the taillight cluster and the hood/grille decal. There are some differences however, including the lack of side intakes, the replacement of the back windows with side intakes and the gull doors only going down half-way. After all, it wasn't meant to be an exact DMC-12, it just turned into one.

Huge thanks go out to my friend UsagiDood (Twitter: @UsagiDood ), who helped me fix a layering issue I could not fix myself in FragMotion. You see, the wheels clip into the body of the car, which has a transparent texture in parts. Instead of showing the tire behind it, however, it just was transparent, so I'm eternally grateful to him for having helped make it look presentable.
On a technical level, I've discovered the aPNG for myself. Transparency, 32-bit colour and more at the expense of compatibility, though with Edge now supporting it too, it should be visible all round. If not, there's a GIF version uploaded to my Twitter account, as that page doesn't like aPNGs.
