"What kind of wizardy is this!? Act 1 of Final Fever wasn't shown yet!", I can hear you scream in agony and fear.I know, I know, but I felt like sharing this Act of Final Fever first, don't worry, you'll see Act 1 soon enough (as in, as soon as I make a Mock-Up of it...)
Anyways, this is it, the final stage reveal. This is Final Fever Zone, Robotnik's evil factory of the week this week. Act 2 is set within the main "downdown" part of the large factory complex. It will alternate between an indoors setting and this outdoors setting with the trucks transporting colour coded resources. Don't worry though, as these trucks can't harm you, they're just decorative, while the non moving trucks act as platfroms.
Sonic & Tails are respectivly owned by Sega of Japan Ltd.

Short answer is yes, I would. I myself wouldn't mind it too much, but the person whom I'm making this Zone for/with most likely would, so I won't let you.
Long answer is the same, however, seeing how much of mine comes from other people's concepts, I'd be fine if you, either in a new stage or part of one that you already have, take some concepts and re-conceptualize/re-design/re-imagine them in a way that it cannot be traced back to coming from someone else, therefore making the idea (argubly) "yours, but with extrernal concepts", if you'd so fancy it.

Okay. I really liked the truck designs, and I was thinking perhaps I could model one for my fan game for a Zone called "Tar Engine."

Sure, that'd be fine with me, considering the truck came from Megaman X's introduction stage anyways, ergo aren't "mine" in the first place. Hope you'll make something nice, mate.
