Oh, wow, from this photo we can really see the scale detail, it's amazing. I can't imagine how you managed it. The lion paw is cute. The dragon leg's thigh and knee look very realistic, how you shaped it and added those two wrinkles. I don't mean just because you added wrinkles that it's realistic. What I mean is specifically HOW you placed those wrinkles - it really does look like a big fat lizard leg. Did you look at photos of Komodo dragons or alligators or something? I like the deer leg too, but I feel darkening the hoof would have made it stand out more. I also like how you added "dirt" or some type of variation on the smooth parts so that the colors don't look too simple, it's a nice effect on something that is going for a more realistic look like this sculpture.

If you do make another villain, I'd suggest Nightmare Moon, I imagine her galaxy mane could hold some cool possibility's
