I really like the concept, but I'm not a huge fan of the banderillas. Maybe instead of stuck in him they could float around him and could be used as a weapon as well, or perhaps attached in a less controversial way.

I love the banderillas in their back (Don't know how they're called in english. I think they're also called banderillas). It's a nice detail, specially since most bull fakemon end up looking like Tauros. This is different, of course. Great job.
