This is a great tutorial, I just have one question. For all of your highlights and shading did you only use the burn and dodge tools and then just smudge or did you use other colors?

Well, I personally think that the dodge and the burn tools are just too dull! They give you this bland, almost rusty finish. I like to use two shades of color darker than the original, and two shades lighter.
