I think the author didn't wanna give away anything about it right until the very end, I'm assuming if we got his pov he would have thought about his father and the kind of man he is and no one would have been surprised when he turned out to be a dick??? I really hope we get to see his pov too though I wanna see him and jesper pining for each other haha
