Got a lot of comments, requests, demands (?) asking me to do the tutorial ( especially for the hair part)
But because of my poor Eng, I had no confident to do. Then some of you suggested me that I don't have to explain much, just crop and paste to show my working processes is also okay.
So I tried, and here's how it turned out!!!
Usually, I have so many coloring styles. For this time, I chose to begin with the most basic one so I hope everyone can understand it easily. (and not too hard for me to describe
Hope this can help, and sorry if my Eng confused you.
Please feel free to give me the comment, suggestion or question, etc you want to ^^
Thanks so much for viewing!!! m (_ _) m

FAQ
Q : Is this all done on the same layer?
A : Yes. I just changed the layer properties from Multiply to Normal layer later.
Q : I would like to ask what kind of setting do you have your brushes on? or are there any special brushes that you use?
A : No any special brushes, I think it's the default brushes which came with Photoshop ^^
Q : Did you used smudge on the hair to make it looks smooth??
A : Sometimes, but for this pic, I didn't. I used two type of brushes to weigh the shading instead.
Q : Why do you do everything on the same layer?
A : Because the RAM of my comp is not very high, and it will be very slow, if I use too many layers
Anyway, for this pic, I had no need to use, just only one layer was enough. And it's also my style to color in this way.
Q : What does multiply do?
A : The Multiply layer will help you to see the direction of the hair from the pencil lineart when you shaded it at first.

That's actually the way I do mine too, but yours is so much more prettier, much more precise. I need to work on mine harder >_< Also, I never actually thought about changing the brush ;;>.> Anyway, awesome job, and thanks for the hints, it makes me want to try harder ^^.

People who make coloring tutorials always seem to forget to mention, that it doesn't hurt, when you can actually DRAW. Good colors can improve a lineart, but only so much.

Very helpful! ^_^ I hope you do one for the rest of your process. I would like to see how you do skin. For example, do you set the layer properties to 'normal' or 'multiply' for the skin and eyes?
Thanks! ^_^
