Not bad at the colors, but I think this pic would look its best with some PhotoShop work.

I don't have photoshop nor know how to use it.
I use a program called Paint.net but I'm a novice.
I'm also a beginner when it comes to coloring.
Basically I just saw a bad ass drawing of MD Geist
and thought that it deserved to be colored with my own
blood, sweat and tears. And that's how I was able to color it.
But hey I certainly don't mind if you or anyone else wants to make a photoshopped version of it.
Just be sure to give credit where credit is due.

It's a prequel
before the events of
MD Geist 1 that shows how and why Geist was imprisoned/frozen in
the satellite.
It gives a better understanding of the politics in MD Geist 1. Plus Geist
is badass in it as
he always is.
Plus it's in full color.
Oh and Geist fights
a sea monster.

used layers to color.

And you manage to get balance out the original grays and whites of the original picture with it?

I used layers and set each layer
to multiply so it colors translucently.
I'm actually a complete greenhorn
when it comes to coloring. I think
it was more it was a good drawing
by MDTarist83 that helped in the coloring.

I'm guessing this is digital. Becuase if it was traditional, you'd see some brush strokes and pencil sketches. I guess it's because I didn't ink this drawing out, and that's why it looks like it was colored in using traditional methods.

Wow. Totally wicked! Nice job on the coloring! Geist especially looks intimidating with the red eyes! He looks like as Vaiya said in MD Geist II "a demon incarnate".
