Description Final release! [link] This theme is for Snow Leopard only. You may have to turn off your firewall for the iTunes part to work, which is a general theming issue, not one with this theme. Thanks!

LION:

Apple has changed some things around and the best way to get back to normal is by reinstalling Lion completely. This isn't much of an issue if you have backed up your data, if you haven't I suggest you look into target disk mode to pull data off of the computer before the reinstall.

I don't suppose you still have a link to this version?
I am running SL on my MacBook and I'd love to see this theme again.

thanks for nothing
now there's yellow apples everywhere, can't you just have the fix link instead of only private messaging it to people?

way to be a jerk-off.
links are only a couple comments below -maybe you can read instructions before you install too.

one of the links is broken and the other requires two computers T_T
I ended up fixing it myself.

Hey, I accidentally installed this on Lion, can you tell me how to uninstall it? The 'Install Defaults' doesn't help at all. Thanks.

I've seen your other posts, you don't even have Lion? But you want to help by giving "Lion" default files?
You've messed up multiple people's computers and you don't respond? If you can provide a fix quickly I would be most grateful...

electrokangaroo In reply to electrokangaroo [2012-02-18 00:34:10 +0000 UTC]

Also, why do you send the fixes for Lion to people privately? why not just let everyone know so they don't have to wait for a response and get immediate help? If you told me the fix maybe i'd know.

after avoiding using iTunes for a while, I noticed that I would need it.
So here's a list of problems I have encountered that is REALLY bugging me:
β€’ No keyboard shortcuts.
β€’ The Get Info under the file tab in the menu bar sometimes works, but sometimes quits iTunes.
I haven't connected my ipod nano5G to iTunes yet just in case.

To "reinstall" all I did was that I went to apple.com and downloaded iTunes, in which I just installed with the installer.
There was some or no change at all. Was how I did this wrong? Should I erase iTunes and relating files except for the songs completely with some kind of app eraser and reinstall again?

WHY ITUNES??? I would've kept on using Amora if it wasn't for that glitch that can't be fixed even after installing the uninstall...

minfremi In reply to minfremi [2012-01-18 03:22:03 +0000 UTC]

no need to worry anymore... sorry for all these comments that were not needed

I moved iTunes to the trash and reinstalled, and the problem went away in less than 5 minutes...

but please fix those problems me and others mentioned about iTunes and other stuff so that they will be gone next time I happen to stumble upon Amora!

How do I uninstall it altogether? So it the Amora stuff doesnt appear when I turn on my computer as well?
I tried going through an AppCleaner but it cant find it when I search for it. And I would use my trash bin but I want it COMPLETELY gone.
The reason I ask this is because I want to go back to the original theme, if I can..

If I knew where it saves to then it might be possible to delete those files and get iTunes back to normal.
I tried reinstalling iTunes, and it still has no change to it.

I am having problems with iTunes after installing (and uninstalling). Everything else is great other than that and also, there is a white bar on firefox (9.0.1) where the text in the toolbar is.

I have iTunes 10.5.2 maybe that is the problem.
There is random text (which I got rid of before using Amora, but it is not back), No keyboard shortcuts (I can't even ο£ΏQ, its in english (i use Japanese for my computer), The music tab becomes the tv shows tab, the tv shows tab becomes the downloads tab, and so on. I can't edit the music file (eg lyrics, artists etc).

I never use firewall, so forget that part.
The uninstaller got rid of everything except for changes to iTunes, and those issues I listed above are still there.
Is there a way to get rid of it completely so I can start over the themeing thing from scratch?

I REALLY like this, but, I can't use it anymore with the new 10.7 lion update. This is nothing short of a tragedy. Do you have plans to create a version that is compatible with 10.7? It would be REALLY great if you were working on something like that, my mac is incomplete without it.

Sadly I have no plans right now to port it to Lion, I don't really have time to right now and I'm not even entirely sure how it's done in Lion. I'll let you know if the situation changes.
