Katar and spear in hands, a Naga warrior initiates his battle stance in an unearthed temple, throwing down a challenge to would be foes, and making hearts swoon in would be fangirls.Concept art for Lust of the Dakini. I'm thinking more about Karti's surname, which will probably take a lead from the Dakini ladies and have a mash up of opposites from my research. For example, Tahiya Osric's name is based on a famous Belly dancer and the band Ozric Tentacles.
Art, concept and Character by me. Done in Inks on A6 paper and with Clip Studio edits, particularly the background. Between this and the recent Shiki Logan picture, I wanted to perform an exercise in background art as well. Admittedly with this one, I wasn't happy with how the scan came out or the perspective on the ceiling architecture, so I gave it an overhaul digitally.
