Description
This is an idea I've had for a while now. A kart racer for the XBOX One that stars characters from the British developer called Rareware. Or Rare for short. Here's a list of the games they made that aren't Donkey Kong related:
Battletoads
Killer Instinct
Banjo-Kazooie
Blast Corps
Conker's Bad Fur Day
Perfect Dark
Jet Force Gemini
Grabbed by the Ghoulies
and Viva Pinata
While yes I included a few characters from Diddy Kong Racing, Everyone else has no relation to Diddy Kong or Donkey Kong. I guess if Nintendo wanted to they could buy Rare from Microsoft, that alone would allow Diddy Kong, Donkey Kong and maybe even King K.Rool to appear. But that may never happen.
Also, a lot of the icons had to be made from scratch because the Smash Bros. roster builder doesn't have that many Rareware characters. But if the creator happens to see this, I'll be sure to suggest every Rare character that should make it in the next update.
So who made the roster?
Here's the list:
Row 1:
Rash (Debut: Battletoads, NES, 1991)
Fulgore (Debut: Killer Instinct, Arcade, 1994)
Spinal (Debut, Killer Instinct, Arcade, 1994)
Sabrewulf (Debut: Killer Instinct, Arcade, 1994)
Riptor (Debut: Killer Instinct, Arcade, 1994)
Row 2:
Orchid (Debut: Killer Instinct, Arcade, 1994)
Kim Wu (Debut: Killer Instinct 2, Arcade, 1996)
J-Bomb (Debut: Blast Corps, N64, 1997)
Pipsy (Debut: Diddy Kong Racing, N64, 1997)
Tiptup (Debut: Diddy Kong Racing, N64, 1997)
Row 3:
Timber (Debut: Diddy Kong Racing, N64, 1997)
Conker (Debut: Diddy Kong Racing, N64, 1997)
Banjo (Debut: Diddy Kong Racing, N64, 1997)
Kazooie (Debut: Banjo-Kazooie, N64, 1998)
Mumbo Jumbo (Debut: Banjo-Kazooie, N64, 1998)
Row 4:
Jinjo (Debut: Banjo-Kazooie, N64, 1998)
Gruntilda (Debut: Banjo-Kazooie, N64, 1998)
Joanna Dark (Debut: Perfect Dark, N64, 2000)
Juno (Debut: Jet Force Gemini, N64, 1999)
Berri (Debut: Conker's Bad Fur Day, N64, 2001)
Row 5:
Jolly Roger (Debut, Banjo-Tooie, N64, 2000)
Humba Wumba (Debut: Banjo-Tooie, N64, 2000)
Cooper (Debut: Grabbed by the Ghoulies, XBOX, 2003)
Hudson Horstachio (Debut: Viva Pinata, XBOX 360, 2006)
Franklin Frizzlybear (Debut: Viva Pinata, XBOX 360, 2006)
And that's ever character that made the roster

The real question is would Microsoft actually care enough to make this idea a reality?

Well Banjo & Kazooie are in smash bros now so maybe there's hope that something like this will be a reality

It all depends on how much Microsoft actually cares about Rare's other properties

Thanks and it's okay. You don't have to know the characters to like it. Plus I listed them all along with the games they debuted in

Okay. Just from the list and character designs, who would you pick if the game was real?
