Background: [link]Horse: [link]
I've been finding lots of my images lately have been really harsh, so I wanted to make a nice natural looking image. Also a new technique for smudging the body, to make it all a bit softer. Uber happy with this one!
As always, crit, comments and watches loved!

Thanks for the comment! In terms of the background, I did lots and LOTS of fiddling. I blurred everything left of the waterfall using lens blur. I uped the contrast of everything on the right and also the rocks at the horses feet. And I also used a really nifty little effect I found called diffuse glow, which helps to pick out the lighter colours in the image. In terms of the brush, I tend to use relatively big, but really really soft and really really low opacity brushes for painting

I've been on da for about 8 months but only got my tablet about 3 months ago, which is when I started putting effort into learning how to manipulate properly. I really enjoy it now!

I've never actually done a commission before lol so I have no idea what they would be worth! What do they normally go for on here?
