Description Red Tailed Hawk on the Attack Photo was taken near Horicon Marsh in Wisconsin, the Hawk missed his mark and headed for a tree out of rage of my lens.

Raptors are my favs to photograph and the hawks are one of my top birds to watch, hard part for me is getting close, and having a 300mm lens as my top lens makes it hard but when I do get in a good range it is all worth it.

I haven't gotten a photo of a wild raptor yet, but I have some of a few captive birds I know. I can understand not being able to get close enough though. My lens is only a 55mm right now, so wild birds will have to wait for a little while.
