Description
This one required some pretty heavy reinterpretation as there's already a clown-bot in Classic Mega. So I went with the Ringleader motif.I'm inordinately fond of the ridiculous robo-mustache.

Some robots in Mega Man have hair, especially Rock himself, Roll, Proto Man, and Terra. So I could see this mustache as almost-real.

Special Weapon: Circus Whip
Swings a short-range whip in front of the player. Pierces enemy shields and does triple damage to animal-based robots.

How come there were two circus-themes NetNavis in the MMBN series, but apparently neither of them was a NetNavi for Clown Man?

Perhaps you could try use Ham Egg, the Ring Master from Tetsuwan Atom (Astro Boy) to revamp his face.
So, he'll don't look like Magic Man, but still a nice design if you wish to keep him like that.
