Guts Man is the manly beast of a boss I've always wanted to work for.

I've created the habit that Ice Man vomits Ice Slashers randomly, usually when he's angry.
And I've seen some fanart of Guts Man having the strange habit of singing, of all things. Where on Earth does it say that!?

This looks great!
The only problem I had with the 2 extra guys is that they kinda feel tacked-on. Ya know? They felt a little off in comparison to the originals, and I've had trouble accepting them as part of the real continuity.
They are well-designed on their own, though.

I kind of like like how in Megamix/Gigamix and the Archie comics these guys become Mega Man's allies.

TEAM MEGA: Mega Man + MM1 Robot Masters (including Time Man and Oil Man)
VS
TEAM PROTO: Proto Man + all MM5 Robot Masters
VS
TEAM BASS: Bass + all MM2 Robot Masters
Now that is a royal rumble that would be AWESOME to see...I think so anyway.

Wow you included the flame decals on Fire Man. Makes him look even cooler IMO. They all look really dynamic and characterized as part of their personality.
