My favorite batch of straight-up Wily-built bad-bots. the designs are just so wonderfully diverse.

Again, I’m largely working on my own personal feelings here, as there are no canon measurements and NES sprites are laughably unreliable. Stone Man, Gyro Man and Napalm Man appeared in the arcade games, which I give much more weight to in the matter of scale. Stone & Napalm are more or less scaled up 1/1, with some accounting for Stone’s ever-hunched sprite. (He is a monster, but given his NES sprite is like double-sized compared to most, unsurprising.) Gyro I scaled down a little bit from the sprite, but not a lot.
