I used the Poser Pinup mod. Gives you a few rings for different poses, and spells to use on NPC's. [link]
It also requires FNIS, but only the behavior files. [link]

(Also I have noticed that this does make mounted combat act strangely)

Oh, you used the Pinup Poser? I actually have that XD There are so many poses, though, I've never seen the one in this screenie.
You said it makes mounted combat act strangely, and yeah it does... The maker of FNIS came out with a patch though! I've got both working great X) You should check it out c:
