Description This is Hermaeus Mora, as seen in the Elder Scrolls games. Hermaeus Mora is the Daedric Prince of scrying the tides of Fate, of the past and future as read in the stars and heavens, and in whose dominion are the treasures of knowledge and memory.

All right, Hermaeus Mora is done. This guy was pretty tough, but I think I got him to look as good as any giant blob of jelly with tenticles and crab hands.

The tenticles are from a squid and have been heavily manipulated to form the shape's I wanted. The the claws are from a lobster, and the body is in the shape of the reference pic I used of Hermaeus, but that picture didn't give a lot of details. So I gave his body the texture of a brain. I think that's suitable for the god of knowledge, don't you agree? Oh! And for the eye's I got from Ex-Shadow [link] . Here's a [link] to the original pic of the eye.

And the library in the background is supposed to look like Hermaeus Mora's plain of Oblivion(an endless library, where all forbiden knowledge can be found) called Apocrypha. Apocrypha is a Greek word meaning 'hidden-things'.

Thanks again to Ex-Shadow for letting me use his eye in this photomanip!

Except we have hardly seen anything of that realm, and it doesn't have to be the same throughout.

Well have you actually played the "Dragonborn" DLC? You actually visit Apocrypha and the realm looks nothing like the picture shown here...

I know, but I was saying that what we see of Apocrypha in the game is definitely not all there is to it.
Other parts of Apocrypha are likely to look different, so every interpretation could be correct.

I know right? H.P. Lovecraft's influence on the character concept of Hermaeus Mora is very evident.

Me too, except that it is described that the "books all have black covers with no titles", tho I think this is more interesting.

It also kinda reminds me of the huge storage room from Indiana Jones.

Awesome, great interpretation.

I remember when I found the shrine to this guy in ESIV. I think it was up in the mountains on the northern edge of the map.

These are very interesting. I'd thought about doing something similar, so I'm not sure if I should be looking at your interpretation of the Daedric realms or not! Nice.

Thanks! Most of the Daedra I've done, are somewhere on Nirn. I did put some(like Hermaeus Mora) in their own relm. But you should totally do your own version's of Oblivion.
