HISTORY: Sedgley was born in a town, far away from his present location, in the town called Sedgley. He was named after the city because of the meaning of Sedgley: Reed grass, as his mother had always seen him as fresh grass, a fresh boy. Even though he had a normal childhood, everything turned different when he became a teen. Because of some problems with his father, he didn't wanna live or even be together with him anymore and ran away from home, which crushed his mother.

Away from his family, he started living his own life of his own. He got a job as a hunter, both at sea and in the wild life. He hadn't tried this before as real job, but he had to do something for his living and he hadn't any other choice these days. He continued this job for quite some years and he was pretty amazing at this, got known in the area. One day, as he was hunting, he spotted a wild dangerous Arbok. He was consentrated and focused on his prey, but suddenly, the Arbok attacked and stricked him down. It slashed him and bit him around his head and chest, and blinded him with acid at his right eye. Although everything seemed so hectic, he remained as calm as possible, even through the pain. And then suddenly, he evolved into a Torterra. As he had evolved, he was able to take down this Arbok, killing the creature with his mighty strength he had gained.

As years went ahead, his wounds had healed, although leaving him with scars and blinding eyesight. He was well known in town as an amazing hunter, even though of his eyesight being bad. They used to call him Patcher because of his eyepatch. He was heard by a man called Sao Feng and was called to a meeting with him. He asked him if he'd like to join into his crew of so called "pirates". He was impressed by Sedgley's hunting skills and could use a man of his build and might. Sedgley took his time to decide to join the crew as long as a week, but in the end, he decided to go along with Sae Feng and the others at the end of the month. But soon, his luck had turned, yet again. At a august night, he was out at the harbor for a walk with some of his drinking buddies. After some drinking at the local tavern, him and his friends took went out for a swim, in the darkness of night (although there were light sources going though the town.). He was drunk and it was nearly only a few weeks til he was gonna leave with Sao Feng. Suddenly, while out swimming, he was attacked by a wild Sharpedo. It had grabbed his right foot and in one strong bite, it took his foot. He was able to save the rest of himself however, but he was in serious pain, bleeding from the big flesh wound at his leg. His friends helped him and got him to the nearest hospital. He was lucky in the end, cause the bite hadn't done any more harm than taking his foot. They did the best they could and helped him by giving him a wooden leg prosthesis to aid him.

In some days after the attack, he was only at home, being in the harsh pain of the missing foot and tried his best to get used to his new wooden leg. How could such a man go through so much pain in his life and still live? He asked this himself so many times. But as with the eye of his, he got over this as best as he could, still having painful turns, but he was strong and tried living us to his name of Sedgley: fresh grass: a fresh man. After these events, he went along with Sao Feng and still do it in present time.

CLOTHING OF CHOICE: He wears some typical rough pants, with strings and a upper vest, ruined in the ends. He also wears a patch over his right eye and his right foot is missing, resulting in using a wooden leg. And an important rule about how he changes torso clothing because of the shell: DON'T QUESTION THE SHELL!

- Other than his guns, his second weapons is his powerful moves and strength, using his fists to attack.
- He can have a mixed personality. He is usually nice and gentle to people, but when people are being... rude or making fun of him, he can get serious, even deadly serious. Although he is also able to just tease people with some threats. He often doesn't mean any harm. But its really depending on the relationship with him and stuff.
