much like Cooler, Baby was assimilated by the big getti star. the techno organic Tuffle creation was able to gain supremacy over the collection of space debris and devised a means of sending off minute copies of itself to various planets showing signs of life. upon reaching planets with particularly advanced organisms with moderate examples of technology, Baby's copies would seek to infiltrate communication systems and use those path ways to search for saiyan transmissions, if anything his database recognized as being associated with saiyans or stolen tuffle technology was discovered, Baby would devise techno organic nanobots and begin infecting inhabitants of the planets who would then become his puppets to attack others of their own kind who were in possession of the offending technology.

one copy of Baby managed to land on one of the planets in the Panthonian system where it discovered many of the inhabitants had at least some saiyan physiological traits. Baby considered moving the entirety of the Big Getti Star there to eradicate all the creatures, but was alerted by another of his copies that there were full saiyans living on earth along with many examples of technology based on stolen tuffle artifacts. this proved to be the more important task so he commanded the copy in Panthon to use the nanobots to destroy the saiyan hybrids while Baby himself went to move the big getti star toward earth...
