Penelope drawn in the style of the promotional artwork for Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time!I mostly used the ones with Carmelita [link] and the one with Bentley [link] (mostly for glasses) as reference when I did this.
I've been working on this FOREVER. I think I started quite shortly after the E3, (when I heard about Sly 4!
) probably at the end of July or the beginning of June. I worked on it whenever I wasn't busy either working or enjoying the summer weather. But, as soon as school started, I didn't work on it anymore, so it has basically been laying around since Summer :/ I just wasn't happy with it then, but now I've realised (thanks to my boyfriend who said it to me) that I just can't make it more perfect with the tools I have (Photoshop 7.0). So, after working on a few details yesterday, I decided "what the hell" and decided to submit it as it is now. So uuh, here you go
I even added the screwdriver there in quite a late stage, so it's actually a layer of its own. I originally thought "Nah, I'm not gonna include that", but after asking Tuomas and just, well, looking at it, I decided to include it after all.
Time period: June-August (+ November)

Do not be afraid of what others have been telling you about Sanzaru's treatment of Penelope. I am not afraid of saying that I think Thieves in Time made the character AWESOME. The new yellow jumpsuit, her true personality shining through...she'll be an awesome recurring character now, whether the anti-Sanzaru whiners will admit it or not.

Uhhh....I hate to break it to you, but Penelope doesn't look that way in Thieves in Time. Plus, Sanzaru Games did something HEARTLESS to her.

I know what you mean; I've finished playing the game and I can't believe it. I would've never thought that that would be Penelope's role in the game.

I'm hoping that was the case. Although, Le Paradox was talking to Ms. Decibel about Penelope, a lot. And Decibel has the power to brainwash others with her powers. So connect two and two together and maybe we have a case!
Idk if this was a mere coincidence or just the fan boy in me just being a little ticked that Sansaru did this to her >.<

Indeed, I think that paradox did have decibel brainwash her. Pretty straight forward when you think of it

And also, for being as smart as she is, her reasoning for betraying him was pretty stupid. Like, you're practically rich already and have someone who is both as equally as smart as you and loves you. And to throw away the man just for more money and gain some status as a powerful weapons crime lord and to top it off: she says they could be the two most powerful people in the world.
If she knew Bentley as well as she should of, then she would of known that he and Sly are like family and he would of never done that. (Well he was offered the same thing by Dr M and almost agreed but Murray snapped him out of it). But learning from that experience, Bentley knows better. Now she's lost everything and committing her own crimes.
I'm not trying to hate on her or anything (she's one of my favorites), but it kinda baffles me to see that sometimes even the smartest people can make the poorest decisions.

Well I loved the idea that you could travel through time and meet the member of the cooper clan and stop the baddies as well

Yea, if Sly is aloud to lie to Carmelita from time-to-time, then why isn't Penelope aloud to do so one time? Although, Pen's betrayal was a little more heartbreaking and Sly was just a little more expecting but he managed to fix things (sort of 
Even her escape from prison just confirms the fact that something might go on later.
