Your fog between the foreground and the middle ground is what made it work so well. You used great aerial perspective to accomplish the feeling of depth. Keep up the great work!

yes ...I thought the same thing....separating the middle ground to the semi-far background changed the scene greatly ...I am glad you noticed that ...
