Sorry, in truth she is actually supposed to make an appearance in the story and has already been mentioned quite a few pages ago. Her special talent isn't exactly important to the character, but once you get to know her she'll probably be one of your favorites.
Anyway, I'm a little behind schedule so in a few minutes expect to see a new comic page.
