Description
Just to make it clear, this is in no way complaining that I don't get enough comments and messages on these sites (I get far too many).It's about how easily I can waste huge, sweeping chunks of my day checking my regular cycle of links and how pitifully egocentric it is.

I think it's amazing how inbetween those large chunks of time they consume for you, you are able to come up with gems of comics like these.

Yeah I have no idea how I manage it to be honest. I do very little on-the-side and in-between stuff though. When I'm going for it I'm very focused but it's always followed by slacking off and the reaping of my digital rewards.

That is my internet life too. I hate it! I can't just check once and leave it alone--I have to keep going back to it and refreshing, refreshing, refreshingggg.
Sometimes I wish I were allergic to the internet.

The refreshing is the problem. If I could just check everything once, that'd be fine and not too time consuming. But it's on repeat. And worse, I don't even reply to comments or emails as soon as I get them, I end up refreshing for more and letting them build up for some reason.
