When ScrewAttack's series "Death Battle" (an online show that pits characters from many different series and genre's against each other in a fight to the "Death") announced they would finally look into the grand question of "who would win in a fight; Superman or Goku?" I of course had to do an Art piece to represent my excitement.Hereβs their YouTube channel: [link]
The episode sadly has been delayed due to it not living up to the desired quality. these guys are putting in a crazy amount of work on this one so its understandable we should cut them some slack for not getting it done on time. im sure they are more upset about this than anyone else.

i hate spoilers so i wont say who wins however i will say that the fight is trully EPIC and the outcome is undeniable once explained. a really big well done to the ScrewAttack team on this one. they have really out done themselves.

What if when Goku fought Superman something along these lines happened.
Goku flies over to kick/punch Superman and his fist/foot comes within an inch of his face but Goku stops noticing Superman's gaze staring down. Not even trying to block or dodge the attack. Not because it wouldn't hurt him but because he doesn't care even if it did hurt him. He's simply tired of fighting. Goku can't bring himself to fight an unwilling opponent since that goes against his honor. You can't claim victory over someone if they didn't even try to fight back. Not only does that take the fun out of it but it also simply goes against his honor. By choosing to not fight at all Superman has taken away any excuse Goku has to beat him. Superman would use his "soul" vision and see that Goku is a good person. Goku would test Clark by having him stand on the nimbus cloud. Proving he's pure of heart. They shake hands become buddys and Goku realizes one simple thing about Clark. He isn't a fighter. Never was. He fights to protect others. He could care less what you do to him. Goku can't force him to fight. But he can calmly ask for a friendly "spar". They would go in the "highberbolic time chamber" and everyone would hear/feel shockwaves even from the other side. They would both come out battered and beaten and Goku's friends would ask "who won?" and they would both just smile and give a vague answer that basically either means a tie or something and ends right there as a happy ending like the end of a comic.
It would be awesome to see any part of this in a pic. Could you draw a version of them in one of these scenes? Particularly the beginning where Clarks is sadly looking down and Goku stops his attack in mid air.

I like that idea. Makes me wanna do a Goku-Clark "buddy pic" at some point.

We Seriously need a Superman AND Goku club on DA, to oppose all the haters from both sides that have come out since their Death Battle. A group that supports the two of them as friends and allies as opposed to rivals and enemies might tone down this stupid fanwar.
