Go Sega! For the site Sega Addicts, I did a feature imagining Sega characters in Capcom's style for a "Sega vs Capcom" fighting game. ToeJam and Earl would be my mains, especially if they had an alternate costume template with their "Mission to Earth" designs. I would play as them non-stop, no questions asked, THE END.
...OK, OK. If I'm being honest, I'd OCCASIONALLY break to play as VectorMan and Metal Sonic. And Wild Woody if he's an unlockable...

Oh, I knew that. I saw the blog. I was just referring to other fighters where it's 1-on-1. But yes, if this was a fighter like MvC3, then I would have VectorMan and Metal Sonic as my helpers.
I also love the subtitle for this. "A Game That Totally Exists". So true, but y'know? It REALLY should!

That's too funny. PSO's "Ash" / the HUmar might have been influenced off of Kidd.
I'm rather surprised he was not in your first tribute piece. PSO was one of the leading games for the DC. ^_^ A rappy might just suffice if not anything else.

Nah, a PSO character has been waiting in the wings for a while (along with Bayonetta and Ryo Hazuki), but I haven't had time to work on this series for the site for at least a few months.

Have you had a chance to try the 3DS Shinobi? It really feels like a worthy followup to those games imo, got the versatility (more versatility, in fact) of Shinobi 3 with the crazy difficulty of Revenge.

From furthest left to furthest right it's Knuckles, Shun Di, Sonic, Shinobi, Dr. Robotnik (in the air), Shadow, Ristar, Hierophant, Axel, Wonder Boy, Max, Nights (in the air), Ulala, Alex Kidd, Sarah Bryant, Tyris Flare, Raxel, Midknight, Metal Sonic (in the air), Vector Man, Xavier, Beat, Toejam & Earl, Neo Zeed, Space Harrier (in the air) and Sheeva. That's a good one! I've never really played RPGs, but I definitely like the art and character designs. I have a short attention span when it comes to games.
I'm not playing much right now, since I'm so busy, but my brother and I love a good bout in Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3 now and then. I love fighting games! I've also been playing Anarchy Reigns a little here and there, which has some crazy characters! @o@ Beat'em ups and fighting games are definitely my favorite genres.
