Personality: Moonstone keeps and air of calm and serenity about her, and although she seems lofty as she glides down the palace's halls, she's very warm and will help direct gems to where they can best find help with honeyed words. She's a perfectionist in her own work, and the work of the inner circle, and will hound and badger the others when their work doesn't meet her standards, and not rest herself until her own work is perfect. With the residents of the oasis, she is much more permitting and patient, as many are still disorientated and learning new skills, though she has no doubt that they will fit their roles perfectly as Red Rose Diamond herself picked them out. Moonstone can easily get lost in her work, and if you approach her while her face is more buried in her screens than usual, you'll startle her and she'll lose her place and impatiently send you elsewhere. Moonstone takes particular delight in manipulating the feelings of gems being punished, making them feel the horror they should at their own actions against the Diamond that saved them. Behind closed doors she's a little grumpy at Red Rose Diamond, but she never lets this show outside the inner circle.

Abilities: Moonstone has some hydrokineses, more at the level of your average waterbender than a lapis. She also can feel someone's emotions without experiencing them and manipulate these emotions to a degree. She smells fear.
Appearance: Moonstone wears a dark blue sari with peach accents above a white-blue top. She wears a dark blue mask and a crown of red roses
Other: She lost her pearl to the desert when her ship crashed into the planet, and Red Rose Diamond assigned Agate as her maid as a "reward for her hard work". Moonstone loathes agate.
