Download my UCCW skin for the Battery and Clock [link]
Then open the wallpaper you want to add them to in photoshop and add my Battery and Clock icon PNGs to it like I have added them in my screens. Save as PNG or JPG q12. Move your Wallpaper and Lockscreen to your phone.
Intall UCCW to your phone (it's free at android market) and add a 2 x 1 widget to your desktop. Select UZIP on the skin selection screen (top-right corner) and navigate my Batter & Clock uzip from your phone!
Simple as that
