Description For MegaJeff1989 of his character The Chained One ironically being liberated by Peccatori.

A barren wasteland of corpses and gruesome devices, the sky was dark and the stench was putrid, as scavengers feast upon the dead.

There, in the center, was The Chained One, a purple muscular burly man in loincloth, more or so a beast man with a horned and maned reptilian head. He was crucified atop on X shaped cross, his hands and feet nailed to each end, forcing him to bare out his ripped chest and abdominal midriff! Helpless and exposed to the said scavengers who are eyeing upon the fresher meat. Despite his brawny build, the man was weak and exhausted, struggling to break himself free of his torment as he was on the verge of going the same way as Prometheus to the mercy of the Eagle in Greek Literature!

Yet suddenly, as the scavenging monsters were upon him, out of literally nowhere, a portal opened! Through that portal lumbered in another beastly man, yet this one was larger and much more hideous. He resembled a carnivorous, ogreish, bipedal human pachyderm with a huge horn sticking out of his head. This new abomination charged into the batch of scavenging creatures, and like a Tyrannosaurus rex, he chomped down upon a bunch of them and swallowed them whole! He then snatched a bunch of other enemies and trampled all over them under his elephantine feet! Then his mouth glowed an infernal orange before he violently barfed out molten monoliths, obliterating the other foes into explosions of red misty blood clouding the sky! Finally he let out a blood-curtailing roar to show who is alpha over such pests as they scattered and fled!

After that display of dominance, the behemoth turned to the other beast man, still crucified yet still alive. The stranger lumbered up to the The Chained One, yet strangely enough, instead of attacking, he dexterously removed the nails from the prisoner’s feet before removing the other nails from his hands. Finally freed, the beast man fell, yet the abomination man caught him with arms wrapped over each other’s shoulders as if they were wounded brothers in arms returning from war. Until the Chained One could muster enough strength to stand upright, the abomination man helped him steady his balance. Then the beast man at last spoke , which was of only mere growls and snorts to the ears of average humans “Thank you… for freeing me… but… who are you… and why did you free me?”

The abomination man however understood exactly what he said and replied in the same language “My name is Peccatori, Latin for Sinner. I have come to free you because we are not so different you and I. Yet unlike I, you still have a chance!” Peccatori then backed away to give the now liberated Chained One space to stretch himself from the cramps of the crucifixion. This surprised the beast man, as he then asked Peccatori “Why do you have such a name and how do you know me!?”

Peccatori then explained “I know you were once a pure human, like I once was, that you were taken from your life by a vile wretch who used you as a means to an end. When I was a child, I dreamed of becoming a heroic knight, yet my father, Vice, only took interest in the latter half of my dream. He named me Peccatori and bastardized me into Hell itself against my will. So that he used me as a weapon of mass destruction across worlds, until he no longer had use for me… he discarded me… just like how your own Dark Lord used you and discarded you… Yet as I said, you still have a chance, for unlike my father who thrives off of vengeance, your Dark Lord is susceptible to it. You still have the chance to avenge your family, to slay the wretch who ruined you. I want to at least be responsible for aiding a true hero like you…”

The beast man gained a sense of hope and motivation upon that speech. He could not have been more thankful to this unlikely savior as he replied to him “Yet, you just became a hero, Peccatori!… What is Latin for Freedom?”

“That would be Libertas… If you have long lost an original name you once had… Latin for Freedom could be yours.” Peccatori answered.

“Then I am Libertas and I will fulfill my destiny and undo what my tormentor had done to me! Farewell Peccatori, someday we could meet again!” Libertas roared as he set off on his quest, while Peccatori bid farewell before returning to literal nowhere.
