During the time I was just starting to getting to know SAI, so I was still very use to gimp.
Now I use SAI for everything. But since SAI has a poor selection of filters, that's where photoshop comes in. Otherwise I never use photoshop for drawing purposes. It's too complex for me.

Since seeing alot of dragons statues and drawings in Japan, have to say your right on top with the artists there Chew, like before with many other animal pieces you generate some astounding details.
Think most menacing of all is his grin, seen a number of demons in Japan folklore who always show off an evil grin as it is, makes you even more scared of coming across them, lol.
Regardless remarkable work on the winding and twisty nature of its body, showing off alot of size, power and even charm and beauty how the feathers and spines sticking out of it body it offers, whoa.
Ridiculously well done Chew, swear love to have this as a poster in my room, not kidding. o0o

Anyway! These lines and the detailing is FANTASTIC. I love his face and the aquatic spikes he's got. The pose is just too awesome, as well, love all the coils. Just amazing<33
