SO MANY SKULLS ;_;I got too lazy at the end and just duplicated and rotated some skulls around.
A request for a dear friend from high school, but I also wanted to dedicate this piece to the rest of my amazing friends I have met/known through anime club during and friends from my other classes through my high school years. You were all amazing and I miss you all dearly. The best friends I have ever had in my life. I can't thank you guys enough for the love and support you have given me.Β

amazing! This is one of the better dead hand pics ive seen! It brings back those terrifying moments in OOT...shudders...one of the only monsters in the game that made me sweat when i was fighting it. And its not even hard to kill but just what it looks likeis sooo disturbing!!

I love the way you drew Dead Hands. The detail in his rotting flesh, the way it's opening his mouth all the way with the saliva going in every direction and the way it's neck is enlarged. I kind of have a soft spot for the monsters in both Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask because they were very scary, disturbing and sickening.Β

Haha, Navi's lightsource and the resulting shadows are awesome.Β And the texture in the floor is just delicious, all rugged; it really looks legitimately loose enough for all those hands to pop out and retract.... and I can really feel Dead Hand chuffing through it toward Link.
And the DEAD HANNNDDDD.... Ugh, my gosh all his nasty folds of skin and wrinkles and the fact that you can see straight down his gullet which is probably the nightmare-inducing view Link had anyway JUST.... ugh and the flying saliva and broken skin and cracks and raw places in the bone.... and the hand grabbing Link's shoulder and neck and face is just so big and strong and grotesque and UGH!
Just.... thank you.... for this.... unholy piece of an old nightmare.

Oh Childhood memories of going through the hell hole that is that well just to be rewarded with this thing grabbing your head and trying to take a big bite out of your face. Yeah, Redeads are creepy as hell, but they are just corpses that liked to scream and hump you. I still don't know what the hell Dead Hand is supposed to be and I don't know what he was doing at the bottom of a well.
