Definitely prefer this version. I find the other one too saturated and the colors are kind of... unbalanced? I'm not sure but I just feel like its green overload in a way that it just feels sort of muddled. I think I'm really thrown off by just how saturated the colors on the other's face is, it makes the middle of the face feel really flat and looses the intensity of the eyes that this one has (which I love). I think I like the stronger dynamic of the warm and cool versions of the colors in this one (there are cool greys in the shadows and that sort of creamy warm color for the highlights, everything is more of a cool color in the colored version, even the yellow and red of the lips have a cool tinge somehow, like a green layer set to multiply was applied to the whole picture). The values also feel a bit stronger for some reason in this one, which I like.
