I think that this is the weakest of the three. Even though it's physically small, the elements seem uncomfortable meshing with one another. I don't necessarily agree with the cropping of the text baloon in the top-right corner, and the negative space between the girl's head is too stretched. If you brought the sign down a little bit, it would identify it more and lend a better sense of movement to the piece overall. I'm not sure that the frame is a perfect fit either. From a distance it's hard to tell what's going on, even if the idea is to see the small pieces up close.
I think there is a neat continuity of shapes in the oval above the rectangle on the sign and the oval classes above the girl's eyes. Those are very interesting visual details.

nah, you're right to an extent... but it's not supposed to be the only meaning to the piece. i might do another one like this someday but bigger, because this is only like 4"x5" and that's tiny.
