because you installed the wrong authui.dll
Note : Only For Windows 7
Download Links for Both (64 and 86)
For X86: download ----> [link]
For X64: USE THE FILE INSIDE THE ZIP FOLDER
that is probably what happened, you have a X86 (32) system and you installed the 64 bit version.
Note: if you have a x64 bit system that error would not show up.
here is how to check if you have 6 or 86 bit system
Click on start > Right Click Computer > Click Properties >
A windows will open > Look Under System > System Type > it should say 64 or 32(86)
let me know if the problem is fixed.

IF YOU WANT TO RECERT YOUR SYSTEM TO WINDOWS 7 DEFAULT FILES
SUMPLE PRESS WIN + R (WINDOWS LOGO KEY + R)
THEN TYPE > CMD
THEN TYPE> sfc -scannow <------ security file center | scannow now fix patches files not made by microsoft, ad restore your windows 7 original files back, without doing a system restore.
when it finishes re-start you computer.
good luck

Why don't you put this in the Windows 7 section where it belongs?
No offense intended, but if everyone puts things in the proper section everything is easier to find.
Plus you would get more exposure. A lot of people using Windows 7 don't even come to this section; they go straight to the Windows 7 section.
Regards,
Mike P.
