Seriously, does Steele look like a mentally stable animal to you? I didn't think so...
Done with sharpie marker, crayola marker, #2 pencil and colored pencil.

Yes, I always thought Steele looked a bit crazed when he was angry. . . err, just about all his facial expressions make him look insane in my opinion. lol
