"Quick" Tutorial I did onHOW TO MAKE AN ANIMATED ICON/AVATAR.
- Using Photoshop (CS3)

Don't SAVE it.
go to file > EXPORT to web devices... (something like that)

I've never used gimp so I have no clue but if you want Photoshop, you can always go on adobe.com and download the free trial!

I didn't know I could do animation in CS4 or CS3, I knew the extended versions did but fffffffffff. Gosh I feel stupid for not knowing this. XDD
I know how to do the steps I just didn't know the regular non-extended version could do it too. XDD
