"Quick" Tutorial I did onHOW TO MAKE AN ANIMATED ICON/AVATAR.
- Using Photoshop (CS3)

make sure you have enough ram and memory storage

if you just save it in gif, it'll be a static image,
you'll have to click on save for web and devices, and not save as

are they in gip?
and also, check the category you upload them in, it has to be in animation..

go to file > save to web (something like that) and it should work. It says at the end of the tut xD

it should be just:
Window> Animation and you click on animation.
