Gernerally it is supposed to mean any sort of tumblr leftist as it did in the beginning, but with the time I realized you can get called a "SJW" for any reason.- Do you support people having some human decency? You are a SJW.
- Are you LBGTQA+? And/or mentally ill? You are a SJW (no kidding I got labeled one solely for this reason).
- Are you against right-wing ideologies in any way, form or shape? You are a SJW.
- Are you pro-choice? You are a SJW.
- Do you find egalitarianism flawed and pointless despite not being yourself a right-winger? You are a SJW.
- Do you support animal welfare? You are a SJW.
- Do you support feminism? You are a SJW.
- Are you egalitarian but not right-wing? Don't care, you are a SJW anyway.
Bonus if people tell you "go back to tumblr" and such.
This word has probably as much meaning as "commie" and "liberal" nowadays.

answer is: you're wrong. anti-SJWs don't hate women and minorities, they just hate SJWs. and SJWs don't actually care about anyone, they just care about being praised as heroes. that's why they don't take it too well, when a WOMAN criticizes them. or when a black man mocks them. or when a trans person says "you need dysphoria to be trans and there are only two genders."
SJWs HATE IT when the people they CLAIM to protect, think for themselves. they always pretend that women and minorities are obliged to agree with them, on every topic. and if they don't, the SJWs often bully them into submission.
anti-SJWs are often just harmless trolls, that seek for something to laugh at, at worst. (and no, they are not affiliated with the alt-right. the alt-right doesn't like them. they consider anti-SJWs as "SJWs in denial".)

Back when the term was coined in the 90s, it very specifically was about the overall zealotry combined with "slackivism" that some people exhibited when standing up for certain rights.
Now it's about as meaningful as the words "furry" and "troll" are. It constantly has to be redefined by people in order to fit whatever scenario you want it to fit in. And really, just dare criticize anything as opposed to "simply consuming" it and you'll be seen as a big-n-scary SJW.
- Criticize "sex sells" and other forms of objectification on the basis that because people have different sexual fantasies and preferences than what is marketed, it's awkward and bizarre? You're a whiny SJW "snowflake".
- State that the video game industry is made up of pansies who can't take criticism and think any game with a 8+ rating is just paid shills licking the boots of publishers, all the while believing there needs to be diversity on many more levels (from character design to genres) and aware that there's pinball machines older than you making more money than a Nintendo console? You're clearly a pasty SJW for that...
