This is so great, I love Ruso's expression of "this is my thing u touch it u die" XD but seriously you did a great job of making him look soft-hearted for Summer and threatening to everyone else, like how he has his shield round her and his hand on the axe, I love the details
I like the idea of him carving something for her to feel since she can't see ^^ also the background is really nice Β that one guy poking his head out of his tent like 'what up' XD

I love the way they are! It looks like a defensive pose with the shield and Ruso's eyes, as if he's protecting her! The flowers are a nice touch indeed! xD we can see they are close enough to do those kind of plays (along with the carved horse), it really shows he cares for her! 
The colouring looks awesome too! I remember once you told me that you never use the same technic twice, but somehow to me it really looks different! Β I don't knwo how to say it, but it looks less "digital" and "more dry"! well doesn't matter! beautiful result anyway!

Yeah! You picked that up! He's totally overprotecting her. He's got one hand on his axe too. If you approach Summer without his permission he will physically growl at you. Like a bulldog.
Haha yeah I wish I actually knew how to colour. Unfortunately I have to figure it out anew every time β¦ and it doesn't always work.

I love the cuteness between these two. You portrayed Summer's blindness really well, with how her eyes are positioned. Btw, was she born blind or did something happen to her as a child that made her permanently blind?

She was born blind. It's the reason she got taken away from her mum (and later re-stolen by Ruso)
