Description
For my school project i decided to make a seasonal calander so i made a painting for each season. This one is meant for spring.
Don't know if i'll upload all of the seasonal paintings because i don't like some of them
Made with photoshop CS4 and tablet in 3-4 hours or so.

First of all, thanks a lot for the critique, very helpfull!
I might post the rest of the seasons later on, i just don't think they are all that well, since i had to rush quite a bit.
Just as for this piece, i rushed the stem the most, it's too think and a bit too plastic just like you said. Unfortunatly i can't really edit them anymore, the day i had to hand them over to my teacher my harddisk crashed so i was left with the TIFF-copy's and not the .PSD files.

I had an infiltration of lady bugs in my home this summer. I loved it. And this piece does a great capture of the moment. Love your decision to have the background out of focus. Awesome job!
