I think it looks fine as completed, but since you asked I will say maybe try adding secondary light source (fill or rim light) would be nice. I know by searching for an example for you I've found most ladybug photos like what you have drawn with singular lighting (I guess it is natural), still I think a little reflective lighting will help define the shapes better. Here's an ok example image , notice the light casting from below? You could add a little bouncing light on the bottom side of the ladybug shell (so as water droplets), while a tint of rim light on the right edge of the stem will make it even more cylindrical in shape. Hope that makes sense. Cheers!
