haha another one! I apologise muchly
fakeblood and fake needle , real arm/hand
i had to do this VERY awkwardly hence why my hands gone a bit spack
this is my right hand which made it even harder D: and light was bad hence awkward shadow
blood drop was in wrong place so i had to (rather badly) use photoshop to move it xD sorry for my crappy nails/chubby hand
