Oh god this makes me almost queasy. I have a horrible needle phobia. I was looking at this practically panting and holding my wrist, but that's what makes it so amazing, it feels so real!

This is awesome. At first, I thought "Holy crud, you have a needle in your arm and you are taking pictures?", but then I noticed it had ink and therfore must be a pen, and it's actually a really amazing idea.
